Your First 45 Minutes: Free

Whether you are looking to become a client or simply need a referral to other community resources, we are happy to help. This initial session allows us to:

Determine your specific needs and goals.

Assess if our services are the right fit for your case.

Our Fee Structure:

THE SLIDING SCALE

To keep our services equitable, our hourly rates are tailored to each individual client based on their specific income and resources.

  • Precision Billing: We break our work down into 15-minute intervals. This ensures you are only billed for the actual time spent on your case, which often results in significant savings for our clients.

Rates: Our scale begins at $10 per 15-minute interval ($40/hour) and adjusts upward based on financial standing.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATES

Upon request, we provide a Good-Faith Estimate of the expected total hours for your case.

Note: While we strive for accuracy, these estimates are not binding. Some cases involve unpredictable variables, such as government processing delays or complex ongoing needs, that may affect the total time required.

BILLING & PAYMENTS

Invoicing: Clients receive detailed invoices on a monthly basis. We accept payment via Cash, Check, Venmo, or PayPal.

Financial Assistance Options

SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

Free services may be available for those with high needs and very low income/resources through our community partners.

We reserve a limited number of slots for free services to individuals who qualify and do not have an external sponsor.

PAYMENT PLANS

Professional Training & Education

For organizations, non-profits, or professionals seeking expert training on Medicaid policy, LTSS waivers, or disability navigation:

Rate: $125/hour

Topics include: Medicaid LTSS/Waiver transitions, SSI/SSDI troubleshooting, and systemic advocacy.
